Wed -5.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Thur - 5.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Fri - 5.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm 
Sat - 8.00am

Fusion Strength and Movement:

Mon - 6.30am, 4.15pm
Tues - 6.30am, 4.15pm 
Wed - 6.30am, 4.15pm, 
Thur - 4.15pm
Fri - 6.30am 

Small Group Fusion Fitness/Strength and Conditioning Classes (4 people per class/individualised programming):

Mon - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm

Fusion Strength and Conditioning/Fusion Weightlifting:

To be able to attend Fusion Weightlifting/Fusion Sports and Performance and Open Gym times you must complete our introduction program to book in contact Matt here or call on 0401 363 171

Olympic Weightlifting/ Strength and conditioning Class Times:

Mon - 6.30am till 8.00am, 4.00pm  till 600pm

Tues - 6.30am till 8.00am, 4.00pm till 600pm

Thur - 6.30am till 8.00am, 4.00pm till 600pm

Fri - 6.30am till 8.00am

Sat 7.00am till 9.00am
