Mon - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Tues - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Wed - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Thur - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Fri - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.00am,, 4.30pm, 5.30pm 

CrossFit:

Mon - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm  
Tues - 5.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm 
Wed - 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm

Fusion Weightlifting Club/Fusion Sports and Performance/Strength and Conditioning:

Olympic Weightlifting/ Strength and conditioning Class Times:

Mon - 5.30am till 10.30am, 4.00pm  till 700pm

Tues - 5.30am till 10.30am, 4.00pm till 700pm

Thur - 5.30am till 10.30am, 4.00pm till 700pm

Fri - 5.30am till 10.30am, 4.00pm till 5.30pm

Sat 7.00am till 9.00am

Open Gym:

Mon - 6.30am till 9.30am & 3.00pm till 4.30pm
Wed - 6.30am till 930am & 3.00pm till 4.30pm
Fri - 6.30am till 9.30am & 3.00pm till 3.30pm

Normal Session Times Dont Suit?

Get together with 4 or more people and we will run a session at a more
convenient time for you.
