Hero Workouts (The Guys)

CrossFit’s Hero WODs are challenging tests of fortitude — but they also represent something greater.

These workouts are actually named after real people (unlike the girls). CrossFit training has become enthusiastically integrated into the training programs of those in the armed forces & law enforcement, and fire fighters. In honor of the men & women who serve to keep all of us safe, CrossFit dedicates workouts to our fallen heroes.
